Interview with Jonas Rivera from Pixar

In this video from 2011, the Oscar-winning film producer discusses his inspirations, college experiences and more. Rivera (Cinema, B.A., ’96) is the first U.S.-born Latinx producer to win two Academy Awards.

“Going to San Francisco State was the great stepping stone into my career. It made me feel … there are people out there that feel the way I do about film, that are passionate about it, that want to work in it.”
