Announcing two research award opportunities — The Marcus Transformative Research Award for tenured faculty and the Marcus Early Career Research Award for probationary tenure-track faculty. Both awards are supported by the George and Judy Marcus Funds for Excellence in the Liberal Arts and aim to promote excellence in faculty scholarship across the disciplines in the College of Liberal & Creative Arts.
The Marcus Transformative Research Award supports up to two tenured faculty to engage in transformative research, scholarship and/or creative work by providing a semester of course release as well as a $3,000 research stipend. For more information about eligibility and criteria, please click on the Apply Now button below. Applications are due by 5 p.m., December 15, 2019.
The Marcus Early Career Research Award provides a one-semester leave to one or two probationary faculty in their third, fourth or fifth year.
